Do you serve all business types & vertical markets?
The services, skills and experience offered by EDH Management Consulting Ltd., are broadly transferable and applicable across business types (private, semi-state, public sector) or vertical markets. All businesses will have similar needs to support their business operations, a technology implementation, transforming to a new operating model or in devising and implementing their sustainability and CSR strategy. There is often much to be gained through leveraging best practices from other market sectors.

What if other specialist skills are required?
I bring broad business exposure, rich experience and insights, as Founder and Principal Consultant. However, depending on the size and scope of client requirements the support of a seasoned subject matter expert (SME) or team of SME's may be required. I can tap into key communities of seasoned functional or technical professionals across the UK & Ireland. The breadth of skills available will ensure that clients needs can be met one way or another.

What is your typical engagement model?
Every client needs and relationships with them are different so there is no one size fits all. My approach is to find the rhythm, cadence and engagement that works to successfully support and meet each clients needs.

What does the EDH Management Consulting logo symbolise?
The logo is based on the blue lotus flower which is revered for its ability to grow in muddy waters and still emerge as a beautiful flower, also known for its durability and resilience. The green dots reflect the importance of connecting information or people to drive a better understanding of a situation leading to an optimistic or innovative perspective.
